By using Lullaby, you agree to these terms. Lullaby is currently in open beta — features may change and the service is provided “as is”.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Lullaby. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the topics you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not submit topics that are sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unsafe for a general audience. Lullaby may refuse or rewrite topics that violate this rule.

AI-generated content

Stories are generated by AI and provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We do not guarantee accuracy. You may listen, save and download stories you generate; you may not resell them.

Service availability

Lullaby is provided on a best-effort basis during the beta. We may pause, change or discontinue features without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lullaby is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
